Looks really promising so far! The interface is user-friendly, and the customer support from Thomas has been awesome, quick to respond and super helpful. Can’t wait to dive in and explore all the features!
This is hands-down the best app for managing customer support! I really like that everything is FREE! Plus the support from Anne is superb. We really needed to improve the way we were communicating with customers and knew a help desk system was the way forward. We wanted our customers to have many ways to contact us, but for us to deal with their enquiries from the same app. Moose Desk really does that. I've been in touch with their own customer services twice in the last 24 hours to have a few things tweaked and the response was quick and positive. Really rate this app!
