It’s a great app. I do wish there were more customization options available on the free plan, but I’m still happy with what’s included. It’s really valuable for small shops, even with current limitations. I plan to upgrade to the paid plan once my order volume increases significantly.

Kelly was very helpful in resolving an issue where the bot wasn’t recognizing my product information when customers asked questions.

This is the best AI Chatbot on the market. It has everything. And when I need help setting something up I get access to live support. I had the pleasure of being helped by Kelly and she is amazing. She helped me set up everything I needed in minutes. If the leadership team sees this make sure you give her a pay rise. (Super happy with the app and the support)

Great app. I was able to train the bot with 120 common questions that answer probably 95% of my customers questions.

App was extremely easy to install and get setup. Had a small issue with the chat box and my top menu but Thomas from their customer service team was quick to respond and fix it within minutes. Thank you!
