Just installed MooseDesk and have problem got it started. I have contacted the support Donna who was a great help! She is very polite and professional and guide me though the whole process by simplying the way make it easier! Thanks a lot to Donna's hlep!
I've been using the Moose app for about a month now, and I'm very pleased with its functionality.
The customer support is exceptional!
I had a request to adjust the widget positioning, and even though I reached out over the weekend, their development team responded promptly and resolved the issue quickly. Highly recommend!

So I originally came to this app looking for a good shopify inbox alternative.
At the time they didnt have livechat, but now they do!!
So it is literally perfect, the interface is user friendly and makes managing tickets so much easier.
Perfect app and they are always improving!! They also have such a friendly support team
