Excellent support and great free plan!
I've been working with the MooseDesk team (Thomas and Mabel) to set up the AI chatbot for my store, and the support has been outstanding.
They helped me solve multiple customization issues:
- Widget opening directly to chat (no intermediate menu)
- Translating welcome message to Italian
- Fixing z-index issue with site header
- Setting up 53 FAQs and Q&A for edge cases
Response time is incredibly fast (usually under 6 hours), and they escalate complex issues to their dev team immediately. The team is professional, patient, and genuinely helpful.
The free plan is generous (100 AI replies/month + unlimited live chat) and perfect for stores getting started.
