Years ago I was faced with the daunting task of building my own website after I paid a web developer to help me make an ecom site. They took my money but never delivered a website. It was literally devastating and I was exhausted. Jeff, from Accumula, was instrumental in helping me get all my products over to shopify from lightspeed. Without this incredible app integration I wouldn't have the website that I have now.
Every single time that I needed support, I got a very fast response. As a small business owner with limited funds and time, this was one of the best experiences that I have had in my 18 years of business.
I have been using Accumula / Mortar for integrating my Shopify store with Heartland Retail, and it has worked seamlessly from the start. Their customer service is incredibly fast, helpful, and kind. They’ve consistently solved all of my complex issues with ease. This is by far the best integration module I’ve used with Shopify. Highly recommend!
We have used Accumula for years. Now that we migrated to the Mortar/ Accumula app it is even better and has more features. We use it to integrate Heartland retail to Shopify. Support is always very helpful and quick to respond, however it mostly just chugs along behind the scenes and requires very little attention. We have over 18,000 products and it keeps them all in sync. We highly recommend it if your using Heartland Retail and Shopify.
The team at Accumula is amazing. Any time we have a question and reach out to them, they respond almost instantly. Everyone is super nice and extremely knowledgable. We almost never have any synch issues or errors, but if and when we do, it gets resolved immediately. Great app and amazing people behind it.

Seamless integration and outstanding customer service! We just made the switch form the old Accumula app to Mortar and it was a breeze. All of our settings were migrated with the touch of a button with no interruptions whatsoever. We've been using Accumula since 2019 to integrate our Shopify store with our POS platform, Heartland (back then Springboard). The app integrates the platforms flawlessly and then some. All inventory and orders are synced live and the Accumula Team has even helped us develop special rules to tender to our complicated multi-location operation. Mortar has truly made our operational dreams come true, developing loopholes around Shopify's platform limitations. Their customer service team responds promptly and are always willing to go the extra mile. I wish all apps has a team like Mortar's.
Great way to sync my Lightspeed POS with shopify. I've been using these guys for years and have had very few issues. On the rare occassion there was an issue their customer service is top notch!! (And very quick to respond as well).

Accumula & Mortar are amazing tools - honestly the time saved by using this software for our business is invaluable. Our use case is quite simple I believe compared to the full functionality that the product offers (we are only using it for auto price syncing as we don't track inventory etc) and it works amazingly making sure prices on our website are always accurate which is critical to the health of our business!
One thing that stands out above all else with Accumla for us is the support - Savannah is always ready to assist with any queries we may have and is only too happy to have zoom meetings to assist with any questions whenever we ask, this is something seriously lacking in our experience with other software companies
