I love how seamlessly the Moselle app allows me to plan out future inventory based on changes in our demand plans. It has provided some great automations that save me valuable time each day! The team is super supportive and always willing to jump in and assist with any questions as well.

Moselle is the best app in our whole Shopify stack. Their predictive inventory planning saves us valuable time, but more importantly helps us avoid product stockouts. The team is incredibly responsive and works with us on an ongoing basis to ensure that we're up to speed on their latest updates. Highly recommend this to any business that is struggling to carry the right amount of inventory and navigate swings in customer demand.

Moselle is very useful - great team and really helpful insights - would recommend leaning into using this tool for inventory management/production forecasting, especially if you can't get this information elsewhere.

We have been using this App for some time now and it is great! Kevin and the rest of the support team have been amazing. They immediately respond to any issue and have been able to implement changes for the app to work even better when we have made suggestions.

When I try to use the app, it re-routs me back to the integrations page over and over again, even though it says I'm connected to my Shopify store. I can't click on any of the menu items without being re-routed to a page that tells me my store is successfully connected with a green checkmark, while at the same time as telling me to connect that same store over and over again. There is no chat support and the next available set up time on their calendar is over a month from now.

We usually set up an onboarding call within a couple of days of signup, so we can ensure merchants can get the most out of Moselle. In the meantime, we have improved the sign-up process to indicate that your Shopify store is connected, and you can book a call on the same day.
