Mothership Connect helped us to expand our business much quicker by allowing us to onboard manufacturers and their products into our sales channels. I don't think we would have grown nearly as quickly without that ability.
We've been using Mothership Connect now for about 3 years. For us it's been a game-changer in helping us to find valuable partners and growing our business. Being able to find and connect to suppliers/manufacturers has essentially allowed us to setup a custom dropshipping network. This has allowed us to test products and customer response without having to commit significant capital to inventory. MC has been a vital piece of our growing business and helped us grow 5x over the past 2 years.
Trying to get a hold of the Mothership Connect help team. I submitted a ticket from their website and sent emails to firstname.lastname@example.org last week but haven't heard back from anyone. Need to figure out why a supplier's (in-stock) product is shown as OOS and a few other things that are holding up our product launch. If someone on the help team sees this, please get back to me. Thanks!

Updated: I thought I had used one of the 10 days of free trial staring at a blank screen that says "We'll get back to you shortly". After leaving this review I was contacted by the app developer informing me I had not started the trial yet because I needed to join the program first for that to happen. It would have been nice to be informed of this and I also find it amusing how quickly they contacted me after I left a negative review. I wish they would have been that quick, or even quicker, to allow me access to the program. I'm a busy business owner and I don't have time to keep waiting for access to a program while staying uninformed about the initial process. In business, communication is key.
Not sure about this app as most suppliers have no product available, the one with products I contacted never replied - One I found there website and phone number didn't know what I was talking about... Removed as it's not what I expected.
So far it's been nothing but a nightmare getting started. Whenever I try to use the app, it always says bad gateway. No matter how I try to access it.
Mothership has made our drop shipping experience wonderful! Their customer service is top notch. Andrew answered the call on the second ring and patiently walked me through all of my questions and concerns. After using another drop shipping app, I can tell you, Mothership is the way to go!
Some of you are using this app incorrectly. All mothership does is send out the request. It is up to the supplier to approve it. If they don't check their mail or whatever form of correspondence they have chosen then your request will just sit there. It is up to you to contact the supplier by any means, whether it is facebook, instagram by email or their site. Thats what ive done and it has worked perfectly. My store is integrated with two shop simultaneously and orders come through just fine!
Absolutely terrible application and support. Hours/days wasted tagging products, setting prices, updating images, and changing variant names and they revert back to the originals almost daily. In our Mothership settings, we chose for them NOT to update/track pricing, NOT to update product content (titles, descriptions, etc) and it does it anyway.
I've imported 600+ products from one of the listed suppliers and was working on editing them to fit the aesthetic of my store only to have them constantly revert back with no known answer or help from the supplier or Mothership.
