Mike Dawson was incredibly helpful and personable throughout the entire process. He went above and beyond to accommodate our needs—even with the challenges of different time zones. His communication was clear, timely, and thoughtful. It's rare to find someone so professional and easy to work with. We highly recommend Motive just on the basis of customer service. We also love the search bar and the included features, specifically the customizations. Overall a lot cleaner and more shoppable than our previous search. 5/5 stars!

Couldn't ask for an easier app to work with. We had numerous complaints with our old search app and it was not easy to adjust to the quirks of our (sometimes older) customers. Switching to Motive was SO easy. Mike Dawson walked us through in less than 10 minutes and the information that we are getting from the app is actually helping us understand and anticipate the needs of our customers. From start to finish Michael and the team at Motive were open and honest about their product and process. They did not waste my time and gave me an opportunity to try their product for an entire month with a free trial. They helped me launch the search app step by step, they had tech support on standby and when we had a roadblock based on my theme, they immediately stepped in and fixed the issue within minutes.
