Motive ‑ Privacy‑Minded Search

Cualquier empresa que esté valorando usar esta app debería saber que el servicio de atención al cliente es un auténtico caos. Cuando el servicio funciona y no hay incidencias, todo parece correcto; sin embargo, el problema surge en el momento en que dependes de ellos para resolver algo.

En nuestro caso, se realizaron cargos incorrectos, con un importe superior al plan contratado. Aunque nos indicaron que lo compensarían en meses posteriores, desde octubre se nos sigue cobrando con normalidad sin que se haya aplicado ninguna compensación por el error de facturación.

Además, no muestran un interés real en solucionar el problema. Las respuestas suelen ser genéricas, del tipo “lo sentimos, no podemos ofrecer otra solución”, sin asumir responsabilidad ni proponer alternativas efectivas. La atención es lenta, las respuestas tardan mucho en llegar y el seguimiento de los casos es prácticamente inexistente.

En general, la experiencia está siendo muy frustrante y poco profesional, especialmente en la gestión de errores de facturación y en la calidad del soporte al cliente.

Mike Dawson was incredibly helpful and personable throughout the entire process. He went above and beyond to accommodate our needs—even with the challenges of different time zones. His communication was clear, timely, and thoughtful. It's rare to find someone so professional and easy to work with. We highly recommend Motive just on the basis of customer service. Couldn't ask for an easier app to work with. We had numerous complaints with our old search app and it was not easy to adjust to the quirks of our (sometimes older) customers. Switching to Motive was SO easy. From start to finish Michael and the team at Motive were open and honest about their product and process. They did not waste my time and gave me an opportunity to try their product for an entire month with a free trial.
