En un principio, el servicio funciona correctamente; sin embargo, es importante tener en cuenta que realizan cargos incorrectos y, cuando se solicita la devolución, no ofrecen soluciones reales. En nuestro caso, se nos cobró un importe superior al plan contratado y, aunque indicaron que lo compensarían en meses posteriores, desde octubre siguen cobrando con normalidad sin haber aplicado ninguna compensación por el importe facturado por error.

Además, no muestran un interés real en resolver el problema, limitándose a ofrecer respuestas genéricas del tipo “lo sentimos, no podemos ofrecer otra solución”, sin asumir responsabilidad ni proponer alternativas efectivas. La atención al cliente es lenta, las respuestas tardan mucho en llegar y el seguimiento es prácticamente inexistente.

En general, la experiencia está siendo frustrante y poco profesional, especialmente en lo que respecta a la gestión de errores de facturación y al soporte al cliente.
