SP Request a Quote (RFQ)

Excellent app - I was looking for a free RFQ plugin and I really like the design. I would choose this over SK RFQ plugin at time of writing as I tested both.

Initially there were some initial issues with styling but the team went above and beyond to ensure everything was perfect - very rare to get this level of service these days.

Tidy app that does exactly what we needed for our business. Easy to install and customise, what has really set it apart for us was the swift, positive experience dealing with their support team. We had a few queries and questions about the app, and Harry provided practical help that has really elevated our use case. Delighted and would recommend to anyone.

You should try this app. This is honestly the first time I have seen a support team that truly helps users. They are not money-driven, and they are able to solve almost any problem you may have. I really hope more stores install the app and explore its features, because it is extremely powerful. I am very excited to see what else is coming and what other apps they release in the future. We are implementing it on iddentify.com

What really made it for me:

1. The settings. Theyre not at all hard to understand; easy to navigate around. Customizability
2. Customer Service. Thank you so much for assisting. I know it took us hours but they have excellent support (I just had some preferences with the customizations). They're patient, kind, and thorough.
3. They've even taken my suggestions into considerations for features. Not sure if it'll be but I'd be glad.
4. The app service is very well satisfactory. It does its job. You get notified, the users get notified. All with ease. There's a live chat on the quotes so users can communicate real time.
5. Email customization!

Suggestions:
1. Add fields or quote form customization for a text field, T&C checkbox, datefield, etc...
