Arigato Workflow Automation

Needed to replace an app that was being retired. This app can automate an impressive amount tasks. Customer services is also very helpful.

So far it's a very good app.
The support team is very helpful and very responsive to my demands.

I use this app to assign tags from metafields. I think I'll be using it for many more things to come. Very friendly. Code reference is extremely helpful.

I used this app to setup a pre-order functionality, automate order tagging and mark events as passed or upcoming by setting up an HTTP workflow with book that app API. The support center is amazing, so quick to respond and very thorough. Truly amazing app. A great solution for those of us who can't afford to upgrade to Shopify Plus.

This app is simply amazing! I give them 5 stars and more. We have a large number of products with continous update, so we had to do a lot of work that took us hours before using arigato´s workflows. It works perfectly and instantly. The support of Kenny and John was great, they were really kind and effective helping us to create the proper workflows for our store, this app really saves work. The installation is easy and simply and the app has a lot of workflows ready to use that are very useful to organize tasks. Creating your own workflows is really easy too. We are really happy with this app Arigato.

App is very versatile - I have by far to most customization abilities & flexibility with this workflow app. I have tried every single workflow automation app on the market and this one definitely gives me the most flexibility to really set up complex automations.
Design and UX is probably not the most attractive, but considering the large amount of functions it is easy to get a hold of.
Support answers fast via email, is friendly and gets the problems solved.

This is an awesome plugin and support is very friendly and good. They helped us to setup some automations that any other plugin was capable of.

The metafield automations are not as easy to use as other apps which are a LOT cheaper (tag genie for example which is $5 a month).

The customer support team take ages to get back to you and now that I want to discontinue my account with them, there is no way to do it in the app, so I have to request this from them.

I would not recommend as cheaper, better and easier to use services are out there.

Wow! The possibilities are endless with this app. Within hours of installing it, I reached out to the devs about a workflow that I was interested in - tagging and making a note to an order when a customer buys 2 of a certain product. Well, it wasn't available so Johh went and created a custom workflow for me. Mind you this is all while on the free tier. This app has so many amazing possibilities. Fantastic app, fantastic support!

I'm really impressed with this app. It helped me automate a number of tasks which I couldn't do with Zapier, at a better price tag too. Highly recommend.
