Arigato Workflow Automation

Great app that I was able to use instead of building a custom Shopify app. Patrick M. provided outstanding customer support, as well.

Works perfect! Every kind of automation was possible to apply with this great app. The service is responding very fast!

This app has been a game-changer for us. We use it to transfer order data from Shopify to a Spreadsheet, from where we customise our orders.

If it wasn't for Patrick and Kenny from their support team, it would be very difficult for us to have such an excellent set up, which can be quite complex with some coding involved.

Shopify does not send out notifications to customers when you mark an order as paid. I had tons of customers emailing us to ask if we received their payments and had to check for each person and reply to them which became so time consuming. I then got Arigato and set up a workflow to automatically trigger an email to say “thank you we have received your payment” each time I mark an order paid. Best $25 ever spent. I wish I knew about this app sooner as I could have saved so much time. Service is AMAZING. The team responds to every email and goes out of their way to help. Highly recommended. Looking forward to see what other things I can do with it now

This app is great. I cam across it a few years ago and so far I have created many work flows which have helped improve our efficiency. The Arigato team has always been super helpful whenever I have needed some support. Keep up the great work!

I used this app to remove size tags from products when a size sells out, so it doesn’t show in the ‘filter by’ Customer service was amazing! One of the best apps I’ve used! Thanks guys!! Thanks guys, amazin!

it's been very helpful with adding some automated processes and it works flawlessly. Basically you can do anything and they provide great and fast support.

We've just started using this app a few days ago and have already found several ways for it to handle tasks that were impossible out of the box with Shopify or took a long time to complete. Best app we've seen in a long time!
Support is fast and very helpful.
Update: This app has been crucial in adding automations that keep our business running, notifying customers of back orders, notifying us of stock issues and correcting them, etc. Extremely flexible. If we could only keep 2 apps, we would keep this one (and Boxify to make up for Shopify's box dimension shortcomings).

App was easy to use on its own, and when I wanted to set up a pretty tricky custom workflow, support was super responsive and made it happen. Five stars!
