We used this App for a long time, then we upgraded to Shopify Plus and they wanted significantly more money to use it. Since we had originally installed it Shopify Flow was released and was able to do most of the functionality we needed, so we uninstalled it.

Excellent automation app. Far better than Shopify's native Flow, and the support we've received has been nothing short of phenomenal.

I use this application daily to update the metafields of my products at Shopify. It works fast and precise and the data is easy to work with. The only con I have is that there's no method to automate the import of files inside the app. Other than that I'm really happy with its performance.

This app has been our best friend and partner for over a year now and has always worked perfectly fine! We got the basic plan first and all the workflows are easy to set up and worked always well. 6 months ago we grew heaps and we had to increase our credit and subscribed to a bigger plan and it keeps performing!
We had a small problem the past few days that some emails were not being sent, I contacted support and in just one day the problem was fixed! Very happy to work with Arigato and if you are looking for a trustworthy app to send customized emails triggered by any rule you can imagine, this is the one!

Team is so helpful in setting up flows and automations, they are very responsive and willing to jump in and help non technical partners. A big win and help in reducing manual work and giving the team time to be more strategic. Highly recommend.

I was looking for an app that would bring the Amazon and Walmart order id's from the Additional Notes section down into a tag so it would flow through our edi systems and into our ERP. The Arigato app had the right price, was user friendly for someone who isn't a developer to use, their support team was very quick to respond and were able to help me create the workflow I needed to make it all happen. I'm so pleased this solved my issue and I couldn't be more pleased with the support I received. I would definitely recommend their app.

Arigato is the kind of app you install once and wonder how you ever ran a store without it. It saves hours of manual work, reduces human error, and gives you control over your store’s backend in ways Shopify just doesn’t. If you’re running anything more than a basic setup, this app is a must.
