One of the worst support in shopify, those guys can take 3 days to respond and when they do its so un useful, the idea is there but the implementation isnt.

Texts dont work and nothing is actually automated.

I have no idea how it has 19 reviews....

Wow Fake??? dude we have paid 5 invoices, you just made the viewers see through your unprofessional attitude and ego! Put them both aside and maybe you will get some kind of subscriptions.

This is exactly why we left the app, it was simply because you hardly answer our questions and you are hardly ever professinal to begin with.

To those who just came across this app, the app doesnt work with texting and here is why!

Customers in North America will use a +1 area code and then the number, this app skips the area code and goes straight to the number with a + so for example it would go as +9 or +8 ignoring the +1.

They completely said they have no control over this and its a shopify thing, like are you serious?

Its super sad that your response was this review is fake instead of trying to fix this app or make it right for your customer.

Best of Luck, you will definitely need it!

Excellent customer support that helps you set up everything you need. We got a few issues but they always try to fix things quickly

This app is amazing. I was looking for a way to email a specific message to customers after they purchased a specific item. It also put the data in a google sheet so that I can give access to coworkers who don't need access to Shopify. Great app, well worth the money.

Great team to work with. Takes a bit of time to get your head around the app but once you do there are plenty of problems that can be solved.

I'm new to Shopify, and the developer for the Bonify Apps have been a tremendous help. We don't have a web developer on staff, and this team has helped me with some advanced problems. This automation app is a must have for any store that needs custom fields and automatic triggers/actions. Thanks!

By accident I selected this app for small task - create Trello task receiving the Order in Shopify. I am sure that there are other apps on the market, but for all this time (3 month) I haven't got any cause to look for smth. Basic flows (one-side) are really simple to do. But I set up two-side integration Shopify <->Trello with help Kenny and Patrick. These guys are brilliant, they answered all mu question and even provide some code to help me to do that. Excellent app and amazing customer service is 5 from 5 for sure!

The workflows helped to streamline our customer service operations enabling us to focus our time on more critical areas. Likewise, it helped us to automate most of the manual checks and updates that we were needing to perform on our website. Couldn't recommend more, an essential app.

Having experienced Shopify Flow (a Plus exclusive app), we've been looking for something to take it's place & do an awful lot of the day-day "stuff" that we knew we could be automating.

From reminders to reorder stock when it hits or drops below a certain level, to auto cancelling & refunding blacklisted customers, to setting up a Order Filter for customers that select "Express" at checkout so they never get missed, plus a whole lot more - Arigato is nailing it!

We had a couple of niggles getting started but John was all over it & couldn't have been more helpful! :D (largely user error ;))

Really looking forward to saving a shed load of time & seeing where the app goes in the future. Plus, auto ordering that Domino's pizza when a select order lands. Yup, seriously.

Thank you, guys! We'll be recommending Arigato for sure!
