I use this application daily to update the metafields of my products at Shopify. It works fast and precise and the data is easy to work with. The only con I have is that there's no method to automate the import of files inside the app. Other than that I'm really happy with its performance.

I used this app to automate adding information to a customer's order under certain conditions. I cannot speak highly enough of FREE onboarding and consultation provided by Mr. Arigato's staff. Highly suggest using this app if you would like to replace simple or even complex manual processes with an automated solution.

I love this app! There are so many things you can automate that Shopify Flow does not do. We're able to set metafields based on inventory changes, send backups to GoogleDrive, send emails based on unlimited API events, capture Payments based on a ton of criteria, and so much more I haven't even explored. If you're looking to make your life easier, I highly recommend this app! *Updated 11/10 because I *have to* shout out their amazing support team (especially Patrick)! They respond very quickly (usually within hours), and it's no first tier support that just copies and pastes help sections. They really know their app, and Shopify's API. There hasn't been an issue they haven't been able to solve for us. Truly great service, and a truly great app!

I've been on the trial for a week and really like how easy it is to make changes and think creatively. I hope the rules do what we expect them to do :)

So far loving this app! Lots of automation potential to save loads of time. The app was quick to install and very user-friendly interface as well. I haven't had a need for support yet, but they did reach out after I installed the app to see if I needed help, which was a nice touch. I think this will be worth the investment for us!

This is the most robust and valuable app we've ever installed. We're using it to pull "Fulfillment Notes" from the product metafield over to the order page to remind fulfillment staff about important product details that are easily forgotten. We're also using to pull Customer Notes over to the notes that they place with important notes.
And we've found a wide variety of other useful automations in their library we did not even know we needed. Customer support was super helpful.

Best App you could find on Shopify. Support team, Kenny is the guy to go. Can literally solve anything. If you're hoping to automate any tasks or any API/HTTP requests this is the app.

I was looking to automate a follow up SMS for manual payments and made it in a couple of minutes. Also they have a really good customer support.
