Great service, great app that's very powerful and saves a lot of development time. Loving this app.

Lots of possibilities. Amazing support. The creator helped me think through potential solutions to a problem, both inside the app and out. At first I thought the app was a little pricing for what I originally wanted to achieve with it, but I later realized that it creates a ton of potential avenues for value.

A must have app, between custom-fields and Mr. Arigato for automation you have endless possibilities for customizing and automating so many processes.

I use Mr Arigato to auto tag as well as auto add products to collections when they meet a specific criteria - such automation saves tremendous time and also prevents mistakes!

I also needed to combine a bunch of fields into one, I asked Bonify support team and they were able to quickly guide me on how to do what I need quickly - THE SUPPORT IS OUTSTANDING

A highly recommend and I don’t usually highly recommend so they really deserve it. Keep up the great work guys.

The app makes running my business so much easier! We use the scheduled jobs to trigger some updates that I used to have to do manually, and we use it to automatically generate recurring orders. Customer service has been super helpful!

Insanely powerful app, and super easy to use. The entire support team (via email or live chat) are technically well versed and have been really patient with my specific questions too. Great help docs get you really far too.

I used this app to automate adding information to a customer's order under certain conditions. I cannot speak highly enough of FREE onboarding and consultation provided by Mr. Arigato's staff. Highly suggest using this app if you would like to replace simple or even complex manual processes with an automated solution.

I love this app! There are so many things you can automate that Shopify Flow does not do. We're able to set metafields based on inventory changes, send backups to GoogleDrive, send emails based on unlimited API events, capture Payments based on a ton of criteria, and so much more I haven't even explored. If you're looking to make your life easier, I highly recommend this app! *Updated 11/10 because I *have to* shout out their amazing support team (especially Patrick)! They respond very quickly (usually within hours), and it's no first tier support that just copies and pastes help sections. They really know their app, and Shopify's API. There hasn't been an issue they haven't been able to solve for us. Truly great service, and a truly great app!
