Arigato Workflow Automation

I used this app to automate follow up SMS on pending manual payments, which is not available on other SMS app. Their support is very responsive and they immediately resolved the problems that I encountered.

Amazing customer Service Patrick is so helpful and with this app, I am able to create so many automations that makes my life so much easier. I used it for clients years ago and now using it on my own store keep up the good work everyone.

Not only is the a great app the support is AWESOME! Highly recommended and that's not an easy accomplishment these days!

Amazing tool! Amazing service! This needs to be on everyones website. The Arigato team is always available to help, they reply in 24 hours and go in and actually create or modify your workflows which saves time and headaches. I've yet to explore all of the amazing options available with Arigato but the 4 workflows I do use are well worth the cost.

This is an absolute essential for our store now! When you have thousands of products like us, there is no way we could do all the things Arigato let us do, without Arigato! You can do EVERYTHING imaginable, that shopify allows you to do. Other automation/bulk edit tools alway lack in certain areas, so you need to supplement with other apps. With Arigato you can consolidate everything into 1 app. It´s like a superhero version of Shopify Flow. (And it integrates with Shopify flow aswell). Have an idea for a workflow, but unsure about how to execute the setup? Reach out to support and they´ll create an immaculate workflow for your needs. Deserves the 5 stars!!! Only drawback would be is when you have many workflows combined with thousands of products it can cause long queue´s (longer time to have all actions performed). But i suspect it wouldn´t be possible to expand capacity here even if they wanted to. And I´m sure if you reach out to support, they´ll happily help you remove inefficiency´s in your workflows, that causes long queues. <3 Arigato

The support from this team is the best I have experienced for a long time. I have had multiple issues with my ability to write complex scripts, but the team has stepped without any delay or hesitation and assisted with finalising my automation.
Their base templates to start from have helped solve many of my automation requirements. I have no hesitation recommending this app and will be installing it on my expansion stores.

Occasionally we come across an App or piece of development work that is truly amazing. This App falls into that category. You need to try it to see it's power. It certainly solved a lot of problems for us.

This app has literally been one of the best additions to our store. It enables us to automate certain tasks on the front end and back end allowing an easier and less time consuming workflow. The possibilities are endless as to what you can automate. Everytime we think we found the best thing, there's another thing we figure out you can do. I also had to email support for assistance and they responded speedily and helped solve my issue quickly!
