Arigato Automation

I was looking for an app that would bring the Amazon and Walmart order id's from the Additional Notes section down into a tag so it would flow through our edi systems and into our ERP. The Arigato app had the right price, was user friendly for someone who isn't a developer to use, their support team was very quick to respond and were able to help me create the workflow I needed to make it all happen. I'm so pleased this solved my issue and I couldn't be more pleased with the support I received. I would definitely recommend their app.

Kenny from Arigato app has helped us get the flows working the way we wanted to. The constant customer support is commendable.

Bring back the Save Workflow button to make sure the code in Custom Actions saves and isn't gone forever. Happened twice now. I told you the first time and it's still doing it. Again, it wasn't a page reload and even if it was then it would have saved before after pressing the Save Workflow button. I've now seen that the useful thing on the right hand side to search for functions now covers over the code. As soon as it opens in front of the code it's immediately obvious that this is a regression.

After yet another 5-star customer service experience with Bonify, I'm compelled to edit this review and reiterate that I just can't recommend this app highly enough! Arigato is basically the swiss army knife of your Shopify store. It's what Shopify Flow should be, but isn't. Arigato is much more versatile and powerful. Here are just a few things we've done with it:

-Tag In-Stock orders so we can easily ship them each day (we have a lot of made-to-order products that can't be shipped immediately)
-Tag made-to-order products with an expected ship week
-Sign customers who accept marketing to our Mailchimp list
-Hide auto-generated Custom Product Builder products from internal search and google - this is invaluable if you use a customizer app that creates products for every variation ordered.
-Send order data to google sheets - we use this for all sorts of production and materials planning
-Many more!

One caveat is that I have a background in coding, which helps with the more complicated tasks. But the support when I have had questions has been excellent so I think the app would still be valuable for anyone.

This app is great. I cam across it a few years ago and so far I have created many work flows which have helped improve our efficiency. The Arigato team has always been super helpful whenever I have needed some support. Keep up the great work!

it's been very helpful with adding some automated processes and it works flawlessly. Basically you can do anything and they provide great and fast support.

We've just started using this app a few days ago and have already found several ways for it to handle tasks that were impossible out of the box with Shopify or took a long time to complete. Best app we've seen in a long time!

Update: This app has been crucial in adding automations that keep our business running, notifying customers of back orders, notifying us of stock issues and correcting them, etc. Extremely flexible. If we could only keep 2 apps, we would keep this one (and Boxify to make up for Shopify's box dimension shortcomings).

This app is a must-have. Automation options are endless and it can serve teams with various skill levels. Our store is fully automated using Arigato. We started with a couple simple automation rules and progressively went to more complex ones. It's being constantly improved. It works flawlessly and customer support is top-notch.
