Amazing tool! Amazing service! This needs to be on everyones website. The Arigato team is always available to help, they reply in 24 hours and go in and actually create or modify your workflows which saves time and headaches. I've yet to explore all of the amazing options available with Arigato but the 4 workflows I do use are well worth the cost.

Arigato is a super easy to use app. It allows what we feel is the correct amount of flexibility for doing a bunch of basic event driven tasks.

Not sure how we lived without this app. Its a must have for large inventories, saves us a phenomenal amount of time and effort.

I've been looking for ways to help automate a lot of our admin-heavy processes. Been using Zapier for a few years, but found their access to more granular aspects of the Shopify API missing or extremely difficult to work with.

I tested out Arigato based on the positive reviews and I've achieved so much more than I initially thought was possible.

There is a bit of a steep learning curve and it felt a bit overwhelming when I started out. However, there is a library of some very useful workflows to either use, or check out how they are set-up to better understand the logic.

The tool is excellent. It really is. But what has made it stand out has been the support. I've reached out to Bonify (the app developers) more than once for help and advice and they have been brilliant (special thanks to Patrick!).
Not only have they been able to help me when I've been stuck in some of my Workflow set-ups, they provided example workflows to make it easier to learn how to better execute future ones on my own.

Spending the days upfront to get these workflows in place is going to save my team weeks and months of admin time which is now automated in the background.

I love this app so much! It's insanely useful for automating different parts of your shop in a straightforward manner. There's so many different options of what you can do with this app, you would be looking at multiple different apps to provide exactly what this app provides. I use this to sort customers into their designated delivery runs, to update my product SEO when a product gets created or updated,I did use it to update stock across multiple variants of the same product. The possibilities are endless. The customer service team is super nice and super helpful, especially Patrick and Kenny, I've come to them multiple times not understanding how to do something and they have helped me right away and showed me not only what to do to make it work, but how it works too, so I have been able to learn a bit more on how to work the app on my own. A definite must-have for your website. Very highly recommend it.

Arigato is a powerful tool and has helped me to automate a lot of my store needs. There's a learning curve involved but if you're committed and with the help of their awesome support staff the effort will pay dividends.

This app is simply amazing! I give them 5 stars and more. We have a large number of products with continous update, so we had to do a lot of work that took us hours before using arigato´s workflows. It works perfectly and instantly. The support of Kenny and John was great, they were really kind and effective helping us to create the proper workflows for our store, this app really saves work. The installation is easy and simply and the app has a lot of workflows ready to use that are very useful to organize tasks. Creating your own workflows is really easy too. We are really happy with this app Arigato.

This is an awesome plugin and support is very friendly and good. They helped us to setup some automations that any other plugin was capable of.
