Unfortunately, the lack of follow-up has been disappointing and has added unnecessary stress while managing my store.

Great app so far. A lot of templates to choose from and a lot of customization options compared to the Shopify Order Printer.
I had some issues with adding the metafields to the template, but their support went above and beyond, not only helping with that, but even adding new columns to my template. And in such a short time as well. Absolutely amazed and can only recommend.
