Keerthi is incredibly helpful helping us to set up our account. She helped us with the life shipping rates and the generation of the labels.

Excellent app, works great but it is the level of customer service that is outstanding. They reply very quickly and work with you to get everything set up and help resolve any issues you may face. Highly recommended.

Thank goodness for SHASHI! He zoomed with me and helped me navigate adding an extra fee for a country that requires UPS to be our designee. He was very helpful!!! The app works with our Shipstation account and allowed us to publish our Surepost rates from UPS (something Shopify will not let us do without the app).

This app really has saved us a lot of work and the support from the team is absolutely great. They respond super quick and have been of great help in setting up the app for our different stores. I can highly recommend this app to anyone who wants to futher automate the label processing part.
