Very good and proactive support team. My issues were resolved promptly with great professionalism. I recommend this product for all Shopify users.

This app allowed us to start offering multiple shipping options not afforded to us with our previous app. We were able to talk with PH associate during installation and set up which made this process much simpler. Have not used this particular app much yet. But, the PH FedEx app worked flawlessly for us in the past. So, we are confident this one will as well.
