I have rarely, if ever, received better customer service then we received from Touseef. Really amazing, as we had a small issue on our end, and we are tech dummies, in trying to set up the app with him and he walked us through it in a few calls. I would highly recommend this service and this App.

In all fairness, I just started using the app, but holly molly their customer service is impeccable! We had a personalized call with one of their agents to set up our account, which was amazing. Their service far exceeds what we have seen with other apps.

Manohar was extremely helpful in helping me set up UPS shipping for my client's store. The app was integrated with UPS correctly, but via a screenshare, we were able to uncover why the rates weren't populating at checkout. Thank you!
