After some difficulties with installation, Anindo hosted a Zoom meeting and helped me with all setup issued and explained the functionality of the app. I have installed many Shopify apps across several stores over the years, and have never had as close of assistance as with Anindo. Thank you

The App is quite convenient to integrate multiple carriers calculation into the cart. Most issues are due to the carriers' platform connection. Coach Anees gave me fast and effective support to figure out the issues. Make it simple without painful experience.

We liked the app at first, but then it started acting buggy. Their support attempted to help, but they couldn't sort it out quickly enough to solve the problem. Our customers were being charged the wrong shipping rate. Not good! So we had to dump the app and move on. The app was rendering a "flat rate $10 fee" without showing the correctly setup UPS or USPS rates. We have NEVER set up a $10 flat rate fee / so I have no idea where this app was getting that from. However, their support team did get back to us, and they genuinely wanted to make things right - so I will leave this a 4-star rating. Yet, at the end of the day we did go with a different shipping rate tool for our store.

Have received stellar support in a timely manner to all the issues that I had. A lot of the key features are included along with many more that we didn't even know we would need. Very well priced too!

Very well designed app with logical settings layout, customer support is excellent I was having difficulty adding my carrier FedEx - a quick chat with the online support and they linked it for my without an issue. Would highly reccomend.
