Great app with very helpful support. We use PluginHive for our Shopify shipping workflow and it has helped streamline our order fulfilment process, especially with label generation and managing shipping requirements.
The support team has been responsive, patient, and willing to listen to our feedback. Manohar and Sagar were especially helpful in understanding our workflow and assisting with setup changes to make the app work better for our store.
The app is useful for businesses that need more control over shipping labels and fulfilment, and the support team has been great to deal with. Highly recommended.

Great Support from the app developers. I needed to integrate with IndiaPost and within a very short duration they were able to pull it off. The entire journey was seamless, with updates at every stage.
I'm now able to successfully print IndiaPost labels.

With multiple UPS accounts and a USPS account, this application has easily saved us dozens of hours and many thousands of dollars by accurately selecting the correct shipping modality and faithfully transmitting the price to the customer. Before using this app, we were constantly losing money on shipping when the amount quoted to the customer was less than the amount we had to pay on the back end.
Their support is amazing also - click a link, schedule a time (always tons of availability) and a super smart, knowledgeable, and helpful person joins the call. I've never needed more than 30 minutes with Support to completely configure a new carrier/box sizes/handling fees, etc.
I can't recommend this app enough if you have multiple package sizes, a wide variety of shipping weights and distances, and multiple carriers. Insane value.

App can just be slow to load with high volume of products and orders
Super fast help for solving a shipping account linking up issue. Would appreciate if the Carriers were bettered labeled so we can solve the issues ourselves (FedEx Rest API should be labeled and have the Registered mark).
This is a convenient and cost saving app.
Just received great customer service as consultant had a zoom meeting with me to assist with my query.
Only drawback is that it is a bit complicated to get used to.

Manohar was extremely helping onboarding me and getting my service up and running. Shopify won't separate packages of the same item, though we need it to! This fixed my problem and we won't lose out on shipping costs, now!
