I just installed the app and before I knew I got a call from customer support and they helped me to understand the use of the app and connect ups to the app with no issues great customer service!!!

I tried to set it up on my own first but didn't succed but fortunatly Shashi Kumar from customer service called me and asked if I wanted any help. So professional! I love that support and he helped me get everything right and now it runs very smooth. Love this app!

This app allowed us to start offering multiple shipping options not afforded to us with our previous app. We were able to talk with PH associate during installation and set up which made this process much simpler. Have not used this particular app much yet. But, the PH FedEx app worked flawlessly for us in the past. So, we are confident this one will as well.

Service is incredible. Needed help, so put in a query on the help popup and had someone call right away and help me with shared screen. App looks to have everything I was missing, and remove all the annoyances I had with Shippo

シンプルでわかりやすく使いやすいと感じます。英語なので不安もありましたが、サポートも丁寧にしていただきましたので、安心して使うことができそうです。基本機能はすぐ理解できました。これからもっと勉強して使いこなしたいと思います。

The customer service team was very helpful to walk me through the process. Highly recommend. This was mainly to use the SurePost via UPS account and the Multi Carrier shipping label app will work perfectly for me.
