Very helpful app and great & fast support. Only thing that is not ideal for su is that a address update within the shopify-store does not automatically update in the app. So an address-update needs to be manually done also within the app. Otherwise we are really happy!

Great app, makes shipping to the USA a lot easier. The support team is super helpful and quick to respond and help with configuration issues. The support team went above and beyond to make sure we understood how the app works and that everything was setup the way we required. App takes some time to get used to and I would suggest having a meeting with the support team to get settings configured to your liking however, with that being said I 100% would suggest this app to any company doing any international shipping.

Really happy with the Hive! app. It’s simple to use and does exactly what it promises without any confusion. The best part for me was the support, super quick to respond and they fixed my issue immediately in my case. Great experience overall and definitely recommend it.

Great app, super helpful customer support that went through the app's features with me through a zoom call. I really appreicate how clear the audio from the chat support is. So many times, you know how you're just battling with poor internet connection and crappy audio when dealing with support agents. But PH Multicarrier shipping label was different. You could hear how confident and clear the instructions are given from the chat agent.

Furthermore, after looking around, this is probably one of the cheapest solution out there to connect both DHL and Fedex account to my shopify store to show live rates. Interface is simple, straightforward. I didn't quite understand how to navigate still, but the chat agent really improved the experience so well for me. Thank you team!

Very helpful app with a lot of detailed options that make for a much more systematic and controllable approach to shipping. Automations are great and the support with setting them up was friendly and easy to organise

Exceptional, and their support process is phenomenal, this app has replaced lot of manual calculations for example Shipping Rate calculation (Live), Selection of Box as per the Order & Label Generation all in one, if you are looking for something in similar lines then just go for it.

PH Multi-Carrier Shipping Label is a powerful app for managing multiple couriers in one place. It handles rates, labels, and tracking well. Setup can take some time, especially for package dimensions, but once configured it works reliably. Good option if you want flexibility and control over shipping.

This app is amazing and has allowed us to set up various flat rate shipping options to our customers on our website while giving us access to our UPS rates on the backend. Touseef and team have been incredible helpful setting up rules and automations. Can't recommend enough for value and support
