What Can I say...hmm....Great app, The best People, We have some many set up problems with our courier of choice but the Guys a Plugin Hive, Sibi & Addina are so good, walks us though the process. I can't thank them enough. So again many thanks for the hours of back and forth conversations.

They've been quick to respond to my e-mails (within 24 hours) and help me get setup with my shipping needs. They've also been quick to establish zoom calls in order to better understand the issue. My use case is very niche, so it did require me to go through about 3 service reps before my issue was fully understood and resolved.
But still, very impressed with response times and willingness to jump on a call to solve problems.
Keerthi was great support, very helpful and patient with setting up the back end. Plugin quite simple to use actually once you get used to it. More automated features would be great.

Sibi was helpful in providing support when I had shipping label errors. Canada Post integration was simple and label creation was successful.
Not only does this app do what it says it will do and it does exactly what I needed on my website, but the customer service is outstanding. I needed a little help getting it set up like I want...sent an email requesting a call back and got the callback within a short time. The tech logged into my account and made everything right while we were on the phone. There is not much of that type customer service around these days.
We've only been using it for a few hours so far, but the support has been excellent and helped us get it running the way we need it to. We process 1k+ orders a month and have been previously booking them manually with the carrier, so this will save us A LOT of time and effort. Thanks so much!
