Hello Team, Keerhi was the one who not only guided me but also the third party which was bluedart to overcome the problem, really appreciated.
Shashi Kumar explained things more thoroughly and helped us with some setup issues we were having. Now we should be able to ship using the advertised rates.
Had a few issues setting it up to my liking, but the support was great. Helped me with all the issues without any hassle. One email was enough for them to understand and solve everything so far. Great team.
