Brilliant Customer service from on boarding initial install right through to any issue experienced.
App can just be slow to load with high volume of products and orders

This is a convenient and cost saving app.
Just received great customer service as consultant had a zoom meeting with me to assist with my query.
Only drawback is that it is a bit complicated to get used to.

Support is very quick to respond in their online chat. Sibi was helpful in getting me through my my issue quickly and efficiently.

Useful call, short time to cover the initial set-up with full understanding but I can schedule another call which will most likely cover the additional things we require.

I am new to Shopify and PH Multi Carrier so the integration of the two was a TOTAL mystery to me. The on line help I received to show me through the process was exceptional. I picked the time of the Zoom meeting and Manohar was polite and very knowledgeable. He was very patience with my ignorance and happy to repeat steps for me and do anything required to ensure my understanding of the integration. I look forward to a successful ongoing relationship with PH Multicarrier.

Was with Shipstation for 2 years and just could not swallow how expensive it came up to with the exchange rate. So went on the hunt for a cheaper alternative and so far, I could not be more happy with the switch. It was a bit hard to get used to. Probably because I was used to working with another application but I stuck with it and once I got the hang of it, it's actually WAYYYYYYY better. I love how all the statuses show up in my admins page. So much easier to track my orders. I still have things to learn but the customer service is also A1.

I use this app daily and so far it's been mostly good. I do get prompt service from the app people when requested. They really helped me out this past time and went all the way for me to figure out how to get labels to print with our new printing system. I find that the app needs some improvements still as it seems to pull the billing address rather than the shipping address from our customers profiles.

We liked the app at first, but then it started acting buggy. Their support attempted to help, but they couldn't sort it out quickly enough to solve the problem. Our customers were being charged the wrong shipping rate. Not good! So we had to dump the app and move on. The app was rendering a "flat rate $10 fee" without showing the correctly setup UPS or USPS rates. We have NEVER set up a $10 flat rate fee / so I have no idea where this app was getting that from. However, their support team did get back to us, and they genuinely wanted to make things right - so I will leave this a 4-star rating. Yet, at the end of the day we did go with a different shipping rate tool for our store.

We started using this app when we built a new website and found it integrated very well with our shop and Canada Post. It took a bit to get all the details figured out but the support staff is outstanding and patient where we had everything figured out and running smoothly quite quickly. Would definitely recommend this app!!
