Great App, and as we set it up for our store, Jon and his team we constantly there with any questions or issues we had. I probably reach out at least 5 times for help, and each time they were quick to respond, and helped fixed the issues we would have, or just guide us on how to set the app up properly. Couldn't recommend it enough!

Shipping is super confusing but this app makes everything better. Every time I've had an issue, the support has been super fast and helpful. From printing labels, setting up box sizes, and connecting to your preferred carrier... this app will make your life easier. You are the best, Shashi!

I installed app and had it up and running in a few days and it saves my team and I SO much time.
We’re able to create 100’s of labels in minutes.
Our tech stack is Mac computer, rollo 4x6 printer.
We needed labels and packing slip printed on consecutive pages and this completes that.
I had some tech questions and the support team replied in minutes and even got on a call with me to hold my hand on something.

I am thrilled with this app. It lets me itemize each of my package sizes which gives me accurate shipping rates at checkout. And I can’t say enough about the support team. They were patient and understanding, and worked with me until I understood how to solve my issue. They went the extra mile and for that I am truly grateful. This app helps me print out shipping labels much faster and more easily than I could otherwise do - a big time saver! The UX could use some work and I can't adjust things manually as easily as I would like (change number of packages for a particular order, for example) but it's still a game changer and very worthwhile. They were always responsive to issues, though I kept running into issues. I requested a video chat and that was the best and most efficient way to solve issues.
