The best support ever! Any time I write an email they respond directly, if I cannot understand they take it on zoom or google meet and help with everything. Strongly recommend! The app can be better or easier to work with, as it's reachable from the apps section and you cannot choose template for the shipping label, but for the price and awesome support definitely 5 star

Great App, and as we set it up for our store, Jon and his team we constantly there with any questions or issues we had. I probably reach out at least 5 times for help, and each time they were quick to respond, and helped fixed the issues we would have, or just guide us on how to set the app up properly. Couldn't recommend it enough!

I installed app and had it up and running in a few days and it saves my team and I SO much time.
We’re able to create 100’s of labels in minutes.
Our tech stack is Mac computer, rollo 4x6 printer.
We needed labels and packing slip printed on consecutive pages and this completes that.
I had some tech questions and the support team replied in minutes and even got on a call with me to hold my hand on something.
