I am very happy with the outcome. I just needed some information on how to use it properly.

SUPPORT CALL & SET UP: Great first experience. They discussed all my options with and without their app service. Will keep learning and make a decision soon.

The customer service for this app is second to none. I cannot begin to thank the team members that helped me through my transition moving away from another app. The app is quite intuitive but when you run into any questions, they will answer right away. Will highly recommend this app.

Update: I just spent about an hour in a zoom conference with them as they walked through one issue I had and then walked through all steps needed to help me show my client what their app can do. Great app and excellent customer service!

Great app, especially their support. I primarily used the app to to calculate shipping rates for FedEx and UPS and it worked very well. They also resolved a bug I found within a day and were very responsive to all the questions I had.
