Sibi was extremely helpful! Easiest customer service I've ever experienced on Shopify :)
I am very appreciated for the customer service, they respond quickly and always help to solve the problems, the app can bind my DHL account and calculate the correct shipping cost, and it is useful, for now, I have a suggestion to your app, when I release a new product, I have to open this app and import the products in the app so that the shipping cost of this new product can be calculated in the checkout page, I hope it can be imported automatically, then I don't have to import the new products every time. anyway, thanks for your team a lot!

I have rarely, if ever, received better customer service then we received from Touseef. Really amazing, as we had a small issue on our end, and we are tech dummies, in trying to set up the app with him and he walked us through it in a few calls. I would highly recommend this service and this App.

Great app! We originally found it because we have our own UPS account and use UPS SurePost to ship a lot. The Shopify platform doesn't support SurePost, but Multi Carrier Shipping Label does! The app works seamlessly with everything we have going on and the few issues that have come up and quickly been resolved after contacting support. Highly recommend this app!

We're thrilled to hear that our app has been helpful in shipping your food products with UPS Ground within the US.
We are using PH MultiCarrier Shipping Label since 2 years now only for UPS Shipping Labels.
They had to fix the German "Umlaute" (Ö,Ä,Ü) for us because they were not showing up on the label correctly.
After all I need to say that the support is really helpful, and the App is performing well in Chrome (we had issues using it in firefox).
