Very good experience with the app so far. Our company is integrating through Fedex for parcel shipping rates and it truly is a seamless integration that returns the exact rates as our Fedex calculator.
The setup process can seem intimidating with so many different settings, but the developer and support teams are quick to identify problems and provide solutions within 24 hours.
Sibi was great! The app process has been great as well so far.

Great app, with even better support! Was a bit lost before I got set-up, but had meeting with their staff and got rolling in less than 30 minutes! Staff was very knowledgable on the challenges in my marketplace, and gave feedback on how I can improve my workflow and optimise my Shopify catalog to improve the customer experience.

I have been using pluginhive for many years now. It is easy to use and anything tricky comes up - the staff are always very helpful. Sagar has answered all my questions and jumps onto a zoom to guide me though more complicated stuff. great app!

Its ok, but no IOSS support for Sendle shipments.
Was with Shipstation for 2 years and just could not swallow how expensive it came up to with the exchange rate. So went on the hunt for a cheaper alternative and so far, I could not be more happy with the switch. It was a bit hard to get used to. Probably because I was used to working with another application but I stuck with it and once I got the hang of it, it's actually WAYYYYYYY better. I love how all the statuses show up in my admins page. So much easier to track my orders. I still have things to learn but the customer service is also A1.
