The app functionality was great and their support turn around time is great. They always respond with in few hours and they are happy to join a quick call to explain. Appreciate their effort in making the useful apps.
Very robust and helpful app that allows me to deal with products of all sizes and weights. The best part is that the customer service is amazing. Whenever I've had a problem, I've gotten quick and clear responses. I even have had Shashi jump on a Zoom call to walk me through! Really appreciate it!

Fantastic assistance today from Manohar. Addressed my issues and provided a full walk through of an initial setup to ensure we had done it correctly.
So far this app ticks all of our boxes. What really stood out more than most apps was the support that was offered. We were on call with Keerthi a few times and each call was very in depth and any questions I had were answered straight away. Really appreciate all your help!
