Very good experience with the app so far. Our company is integrating through Fedex for parcel shipping rates and it truly is a seamless integration that returns the exact rates as our Fedex calculator.
The setup process can seem intimidating with so many different settings, but the developer and support teams are quick to identify problems and provide solutions within 24 hours.

Great app, with even better support! Was a bit lost before I got set-up, but had meeting with their staff and got rolling in less than 30 minutes! Staff was very knowledgable on the challenges in my marketplace, and gave feedback on how I can improve my workflow and optimise my Shopify catalog to improve the customer experience.

By far the best customer service I've had since trying any other shipping app. The step-by-step help via a Zoom call was not expected but extremely appreciated. I'd been struggling by myself trying to navigate other apps so to get such great customer service (and to get my shipping rates finally working correctly) when I was at my wit's end was just terrific. I have rarely, if ever, received better customer service then we received from Touseef. Really amazing, as we had a small issue on our end, and we are tech dummies, in trying to set up the app with him and he walked us through it in a few calls. I would highly recommend this service and this App.

Was with Shipstation for 2 years and just could not swallow how expensive it came up to with the exchange rate. So went on the hunt for a cheaper alternative and so far, I could not be more happy with the switch. It was a bit hard to get used to. Probably because I was used to working with another application but I stuck with it and once I got the hang of it, it's actually WAYYYYYYY better. I love how all the statuses show up in my admins page. So much easier to track my orders. I still have things to learn but the customer service is also A1.
When it works, it works okay, but I am contacting help nearly every day to address issues with their system.
The whole point of paying for an app is to make my shipping faster, and this is not doing it.
