Great app with excellent back up and customer service. Had a telephone call in the evening which was way more than I expected. Very pleased so far! Highly recommended.

The customer service for this app is second to none. I cannot begin to thank the team members that helped me through my transition moving away from another app. The app is quite intuitive but when you run into any questions, they will answer right away. Will highly recommend this app.

Awesome and fast assistance. Thank you all VERY much, especially Shashi! I have had a number of issues and they keep pointing me in the right direction. Update: I just spent about an hour in a zoom conference with them as they walked through one issue I had and then walked through all steps needed to help me show my client what their app can do. Great app, especially their support. I primarily used the app to to calculate shipping rates for FedEx and UPS and it worked very well. They also resolved a bug I found within a day and were very responsive to all the questions I had.
