Pretty new to this app - haven't actually completed an order with it yet but the IT analysts help me sort out some problems I was having with the set up. They were very patient. Hopefully it's smooth sailing from here on out!
So far, so good! I had a little trouble trying to get it up and running all by myself. I sent a message to support and was able to connect with Sibi, who was extremely helpful with the setup. I have only been using this app for a short time, in preparation for launching our online store, but I feel very positive about the prompt and thorough technical support I have received. I will try to update my review after I've been using the app for a few months.

Within an hour of downloading this app I received a personalized phone call from Support. Jon was very professionally and knowledgeable about all things related to the app. We had multiple follow up calls/zooms in order to get our shipping dialed in for our new store.
