Helpful customer service, similar to shopify customer service. The app integrates with your shipping carrier account, and negotiated rates are also displayed. This app is essential for those who want to use real time calculated shipping rates on shopify. Contact shopify and enable carrier calculated shipping for free if you pay annually, or 20$/month. Then download Multi Carrier shipping app in shopify and configure the app.

When the app works well it's simple and easy to use. However, it constantly has issues with displaying rates at checkout. It will randomly stop working and support takes forever to address the issue. This results in a ton of lost revenue for the period it isn't displayed. *UPDATED REVIEW*
I'm changing this review to 1 star as they still have not fixed the same issues that plague this application. I've been contacted by a member of the team and was told the issues I'm experiencing have been fixed. Yet, here we are, months later experiencing the same issues.

Service is incredible. Needed help, so put in a query on the help popup and had someone call right away and help me with shared screen. App looks to have everything I was missing, and remove all the annoyances I had with Shippo

Showing customer facing dimensionally derived shipping rates has been a major headache since we opened. We also have the issue of sending items of high value needing an "insurance" add on rule, not all items, but 30% of our shipments. We have been eating high shipping rates through using Shopify's weight only paradigm. Prathyusha was exceptionally patient, consistently available and pragmatic in understanding what we needed to do to get our problems resolved. The app is great and more than pays for itself. Great customer service.

Have been using this app for over a year now. My original review as listed below still stands. This is a great app, a "must have" for eCommerce shipping. We ship world wide and it works great. The customer support is the best I have ever seen in, not only this industry, but any other industry I have worked in. Recently I had identified a couple of features that would be important to our website and they added these features to their app. This was a valuable advantage to dealing with them.
