PH MultiCarrier Shipping Label

I am new to Shopify and PH Multi Carrier so the integration of the two was a TOTAL mystery to me. The on line help I received to show me through the process was exceptional. I picked the time of the Zoom meeting and Manohar was polite and very knowledgeable. He was very patience with my ignorance and happy to repeat steps for me and do anything required to ensure my understanding of the integration. I look forward to a successful ongoing relationship with PH Multicarrier.

We have used this app for a while. It is great when using Aus Post flat rate satchels. The team are quick to respond to any queries I have, and haven helped adjust rulings etc when needed. The limitation is we were unable to integrate DHL ecommerce account at this time.

I've been using other apps such as AMP/Australia Post by Addition, for 3+ years and was wanting to find another app due to significant price increases in the other app I was using.

The prices offered in this app are very fair (I think I am on the $19USD tier) and the bulk label processing is a very good feature.

The walk-through with Keerthi has been very productive and smooth, the app is very configurable too.

The app is pretty tricky to set up as there's not much info to guide with the set-up but the support i received from a support person called Touseef helped me clear it up and now the app is working well and has live rates and allowed me to create customised freight charge auromations.
