So far the best app for using your FedEx acc rates with Shopify.
Great/Good stuff
- amazing tech support - we're using more than few apps, however their tech support is the most responsive I encountered so far. I would get replies via email within hours, and also they provide live phone (zoom) support for set up and solving general tech questions
- feature rich, apps can be fine tuned, automated, all possible rates inluding smart post etc
- automation is very powerful and if you do not care about always using the cheapest rate .. the way to go
Thing which could be better
- app is not as user friendly as one might desire. Ideally I would not have to talk or set up a call to properly configure app
-FedEx specific - switching between onerate and our acc rate is difficult/manual ... if one uses fedex packaging onerate always comes first, and no way to see our negotiated rate .. we have to swich to custom packages to get negotiated rate ... in general comparing FedEx rates is difficult
- Refreshing - there is lot of clicking involved to refresh address/info etc

The app meets almost all of our needs as a young start-up, but what I treasure the most is the amazing, and quick, support we get. They are very good in explaining processes, providing screenshots, etc as needed. They almost act like consultants in assisting you in accomplishing something that may not be standard functionality.

As far as functionality, we currently integrate both our UPS and USPS accounts, with several items. We've been able to set it up so it works perfectly in selecting the right package, even when we have a mix of items. Sure it could use an enhancement here or there but this app has made life so much easier for us, and when you're dealing with new accounting apps, etc, that is priceless. Easy 5 stars!
