Still on free trail. The app function is good, customer service is pretty quick and professional. But there is needs to improve: no any type of report can be exported, no way to export a summary for all orders shipped out by end of day.

The best support ever! Anees was thoroughly enjoyable and knowledgeable. She made our setup easy and really fun! I've revised my review because since the initial setup I have experienced nothing but problems with the integration with Canada Post and inconsistent app functions. The box packaging was not accurate. The box size chosen by the app would have me trying to pack 4 items that measured 11"x3.5"x3.5" each into a box 18"x6"x6". One set of labels would generate packing slips and the next one wouldn't... also, Canada Post would not accept over half of the labels generated from the app. This past month was our busy time of year and these issues created 3 times the amount of work for me with regards to packaging and shipping.

I had a lot of problems getting a plug in to work with my post account. I spoke to Addina! and she had it all sorted within a few mins and everything is working great! wish i did this a week ago!

I've been looking for a fufillment app that would offer live rates, levels of customisation regarding carriers and packing parameters, and ease of use and so far this has been exactly what we're after. And the support has been exceptional! Within a couple of minutes of installation, I had a phone call from the lovely Addina to offer guidance and she was so patient - even when I called her back at least 3 more times to get more advice and clarification. She even did a Zoom call to ensure that I knew how to get the best out of the app. So happy to finally find what I was after!! Highly recommend!!!

This app has been a life saver for setting up certain shipping features I want for my store. However customer support could use some improvements. Specifically I've had troubles with Prathyusha not being very helpful and being vague with answering my questions- for separate occasions. This most recent issue I faced, someone else in customer support (Sibi) ends up taking over for Prathyusha and solving the issue for me instead. I've had enough with Prathysha that from now on if I need to contact customer support, I will specifically ask to not be given her.
