Very helpful support over mail as well as via Zoom call. Really recommend!!
At the beginning the app looks a bit confusing. But you quickly understand things, and if you get stuck, the support is always there. They answer quickly, help you step by step and teach you how to use the app. In my case, Sidhanth taught me how to use it. We started a Zoom call and he explained everything clearly step by step. Very happy with the app. I would definitely recommend it to anyone.
This app offers the best service with quick responses and professional skills. It's an excellent tool for utilizing our own courier account. I appreciate the great service provided and encourage continuous improvement to maintain its high standards.
Sibi my tech support gentleman today was an absolute superstar. I had a number of problem I had to rectify, that in reality should have taken two zoom call. It was a race against time and cool as a cucumber he kept his composure under pressure. On top of this he supplied all the information I need to make my own changes in the future not that i think I'll have to as my calculation is now set up perfectly!! Thank you Sibi, i couldn't be any happier with the service. five star all the way.

Great app for Australian shipping services. Even on a free trial subscription I was able to get great service and a set-up walkthrough over a video Zoom call.
