I loved the ability to customize my box sizes and weights for all our products - this allowed my customers to get custom shipping rates based on their order volume at checkout. Without that feature, we couldn’t use e-commerce. Also really appreciated the customer service. A representative helped me when I signed up for a trial and walked me through my entire set up. And when I’ve had a problem, the service team dives in quickly to help me solve it.

This app is essential for those who want to use real time calculated shipping rates on shopify. Contact shopify and enable carrier calculated shipping for free if you pay annually, or 20$/month. Then download Multi Carrier shipping app in shopify and configure the app.

Excellent app and fast support. all you need for order fullfillment & label generation. Had an issue recently and it was attended to and fixed within the hour.

Showing customer facing dimensionally derived shipping rates has been a major headache since we opened. We also have the issue of sending items of high value needing an "insurance" add on rule, not all items, but 30% of our shipments. We have been eating high shipping rates through using Shopify's weight only paradigm. Prathyusha was exceptionally patient, consistently available and pragmatic in understanding what we needed to do to get our problems resolved. The app is great and more than pays for itself. Great customer service.

We have an issue with the app and Addina help us to fix the problem immediatly via call. Super helpful during resolving the issue.

Have been using this app for over a year now. My original review as listed below still stands. This is a great app, a "must have" for eCommerce shipping. We ship world wide and it works great. The customer support is the best I have ever seen in, not only this industry, but any other industry I have worked in. Recently I had identified a couple of features that would be important to our website and they added these features to their app. This was a valuable advantage to dealing with them.

Keerthi was great support, very helpful and patient with setting up the back end. Plugin quite simple to use actually once you get used to it. More automated features would be great.
