Sibi my tech support gentleman today was an absolute superstar. I had a number of problem I had to rectify, that in reality should have taken two zoom call. It was a race against time and cool as a cucumber he kept his composure under pressure. On top of this he supplied all the information I need to make my own changes in the future not that i think I'll have to as my calculation is now set up perfectly!! Thank you Sibi, i couldn't be any happier with the service. five star all the way.

After I installed the app, I had a great conversation with one of their reps and at that time I found that to be able to use this plug in dynamically I had to upgrade to another plan. The next plan was $79, but if you add the plug in subscrition of $9 mer month it comes to about $90 per month which does not make sense for me. All in all the tech support rep offer great customer support. I am going to switch to another platform and will definitely use the PH plugin.

You are correct: live rates at checkout require a Shopify plan with Carrier Calculated Shipping enabled.
Additionally, I would like to confirm that shipment processing, including label generation, fulfillment, and live tracking, is available for ALL Shopify plans.

The best support ever! Any time I write an email they respond directly, if I cannot understand they take it on zoom or google meet and help with everything. Strongly recommend! The app can be better or easier to work with, as it's reachable from the apps section and you cannot choose template for the shipping label, but for the price and awesome support definitely 5 star

So far, so good! Sibi contacted me shortly after I signed up to assist with teaching me the platform. I was on a videocall within minutes. I felt so supported and I think this app will work perfectly for what our business needs. 10/10 customer service.
Excellent customer service. Manohar was great but the limitations of the product prevented a great resolution.
We have customers come to us, often when they've pre-ordered, and ask to make a change to their order. So, we make the change in Shopify and update the order. Based on my initial understanding, the "update" webhook should have picked up the change of product. It did not.
It turns out I have to go find the order in PH MC, change it's status, then go back to Shopify Order screen and make the change and add a "space" or some other change to the address and THEN click the update button to make it import correctly.
This kind of obtuse "work around" is what we're trying to avoid by going to Shopify. When we make a product change to our order, it often changes the packaging and shipping costs.
Given some of the other great features of this App, it's hard to imagine this use case slipped through the cracks.

Once this is done, you can proceed to modify the order in Shopify, and the app will automatically reflect these modifications without requiring any further action from you.

I just started the process with PH for my carrier automation. Sashi Kumar from PH was helping me to set my carrier and rules for the store. He was very nice and calm and attended me several times to solve my problems. I would love to continue the journey with PH. I would say the best support team they have.
Had a few issues setting it up to my liking, but the support was great. Helped me with all the issues without any hassle. One email was enough for them to understand and solve everything so far. Great team.
