The support team is fantastic! They quickly respond to requests and guided me through set up via screen share - much more helpful and efficient than communicating via email or chat. The app has all the functionalities we need to ensure shipping costs are based on package dimensions, product weight, and the weight of packaging, rather than product weight and dimensions only.

So far, so good! Sibi contacted me shortly after I signed up to assist with teaching me the platform. I was on a videocall within minutes. I felt so supported and I think this app will work perfectly for what our business needs. 10/10 customer service.

UPDATE - No issues since! The occasional hiccup, but customer service is helpful and the problems are always fixed quickly. UPDATE - There was apparently an error in the system they they updated right away and seems to be working well now. Fast customer service and offered an extended trial for the loss of $. I will update my review again in a month as I do like the options of the app as well as the integration. Fingers crossed no more issues. I installed this app to streamline my shipping and take use of my negotiated rates with Canada Post. The day after my 14 day free trial was over the app advised it was charging one amount, when in reality my carrier account was being charged double! I wouldn't have caught this anytime soon except I needed to log into my Canada Post account for another reason. I'm thankful I did or I would have lost literally thousands of dollars in a month.

So, this is going to be a long review, if you're just deciding if its worth it just read this: I've saved hundreds of dollars just because with this app I'm able to use the rates Canada Post gives to small businesses (which are way way better than what Shopify offers) Don't get fooled, Shopify's "discounted rates" are a ripoff (at least for Canada Post which is what I've used) So, buy this app, it will pay for itself even if you only send two packages per month! I bought this app because I fell in love with the Canada Post app these developers created for woocommerce. Without second thoughts I bought it.
I should say that their Shopify app is not as perfect as the one for woocommerce, with the other app I never had issues.
With this app it has so many things that needed to be adjusted.... like the labels printing in multiple pages, wrong rates displayed in the app, or multiple packages generated for a single order, I feel that I had to contact the support team so many times!!!
That been said, the support team is great, they're willing to help you out and won't give up until you're satisfied, they've helped me through email, chat, and even zoom call!
I'm just starting out and hope that now that I already went through all these issues I don't have to bother them again, but even if I have too, I know they'll be great. So if you're looking for an app that will save you hundreds of dollars, with awesome support, this is the one!!!!

I am using this app within Shopify platform to help me split my orders by creating a maximum weight rule to insure a single box does not exceed a certain weight. Creating this rule has allowed me to ship multiple boxes within a single shipment, while using my UPS negotiated rates to better serve my customers. Before I discovered this app, I was unable to avoid passing on to my customers the overweight charges imposed by UPS on packages exceeding 70 lbs. This caused shipping rates to be very high and turned away many potential customers. Multicarrier app is very reasonably priced and their support team will diligently work with you to provide you what you are looking for. If there is an issue, they will resolve it ASAP. They are friendly, knowledgeable and very thorough. If you think this app will work for your shipping needs, don't hesitate. They offer a free 14 day trial period and the install and set up is very easy. Enjoy!

I have worked with this company since last year when Hong Kong Post Office had the idea to integrate their postal rates within the Shopify platform but the development stalled due to Covid-19. The Multi Carrier team took the initiative to contact me to complete the HKPO integration. There were teething problems but the team persevered to resolve the issues and l am happy to report the App is now fully operational. Many thanks to Veena and her colleagues for successfully incorporating the HKPO shipping rates within the Multi Carrier courier selection as l can now offer international shipping rates out of Hong Kong on my Shopify platform. Great team, fast response time and very professional.

I loved the ability to customize my box sizes and weights for all our products - this allowed my customers to get custom shipping rates based on their order volume at checkout. Without that feature, we couldn’t use e-commerce. Also really appreciated the customer service. A representative helped me when I signed up for a trial and walked me through my entire set up. And when I’ve had a problem, the service team dives in quickly to help me solve it.

Added note: since using this app for quite a while, I stand by my 5 stars. Excellent service every time.

Helpful customer service, similar to shopify customer service. The app integrates with your shipping carrier account, and negotiated rates are also displayed. This app is essential for those who want to use real time calculated shipping rates on shopify. Contact shopify and enable carrier calculated shipping for free if you pay annually, or 20$/month. Then download Multi Carrier shipping app in shopify and configure the app.
