Great app looking good on my website!

I almost didn't use this app as set up by me , i didn't like it , but i must say that the support team at bold were great and they set it up for me working perfectly , happy with this add-on and Shoutout to Mike for his great job .

This application is very good and easy to use. Staff(Harpreet) is very helpful, supportive and Knowledgeable.

Customer service is very poor, they got back to me in 2 weeks..by which time I had worked on my theme and store since, they then installed the code on an old theme which was useless. A week later I got another email. I tested the app on the old theme they installed it on and it didnt even work, abosolute joke, very unimpressed.
Good services from the team. we had some questions and they were answered quickly and extensively. 5 Stars!
Cody was so helpful in helping me set up the Bold currency converter and Cashier. I had so many questions but he always helped me eagerly and responded quickly. I am super happy wit this app because I feel like I am working with real people and I get replies in my time zone which is a bonus in helping get things done more efficiently. Very useful! Using it override some features that I needed. Makes things easier for me now to make sure international customers pay the right amount.

I don't like that you cannot remove extra decimal places, so your pricing will show as $15.00 USD instead of $15 USD.
Seems like this could be an easy implementation, idk why they don't allow you to change this. I have a feeling I'll end up removing it soon since the customization is so limited.

Unfortunately, removing the decimals is not something that our app can do on its own as this needs to be available for merchants who are using cents. However, as our specialist Nikki mentioned, you can certainly reach out to one of our partners who would be more than happy to discuss this customization for you!
We hope to offer something like this in the future, and very much appreciate your feedback. There are some styling customizations that we are able to do on a support level, but unfortunately more complex customizations fall outside of our scope.
