Bold Multi‑Currency

Had a few bugs to work out and Kelsey from chat support was most helpful in troubleshooting the issue and elevating it to the appropriate channels.

Joao went above and beyond to help me fix a small issue I was having with my website. I've been stressing all last week trying to figure this out, and couldn't for the life of me. Joao comes along and fixes the issue and I couldn't be any happier with the results.

Thanks again Joao, you were sent from the gods to help this poor soul in fixing his website lol :)

Love this Multi Currency app by Bold! The customer service is excellent. The best part is how professional the drop down menu looks on the site as well as the cart page which clearly shows the customers currency selected.

Best Currency changer app for Shopify, I tryed around 6-7 other apps, but this is much better with nice features.
Costumer suport also pretty good, they resolved an problem regarding to new theme in less than 24 hours, huge thanks to Jade !

I spoke to Camila, she was great. She helped me set up Cashier and have any Canadian shoppers directed to the Cashier app, where my US customer will remain with shopify's checkout. She also guided me to Discount connector download so to allow my Shopify discount codes to be accepted with the cashier app. I found her very knowledgeable and very helpful :)

I received a nice and fast support. Simran and Jordan were very professional and suit the configuration of the software according to my requirements and Debug theme. 5 stars well deserved.

I still need to test how well the app works as I don't have a large international audience yet (it seems to work well), however as far as I am concerned the app deserves 5* anyway because the customer service was brilliant. Tony (and Brysen) were so helpful and patient. I have absolute confidence in this app because of the team behind it, and will take a look at what else BOLD has to offer.

As always the Bold Team has been extremely responsive and helpful! It is probably this single feature that has made me come back to their apps time and time again. Shout out to Naman for the awesome assistance with migrating my store's theme and having things correctly installed!

I am very happy with this app, I have a customer who is international and was having a hard time trying to figure out how to convert prices to her currency. This app has allowed me the opportunity to offer my customers the option to browse items in their currencies. The set up was pretty easy for me but I did have a couple issues where it wasn't displaying properly on my site, I was able to go to a live chat and spoke with Ankur, and they were able to help me figure it out and fix all the issues so now it works great! I am thankful for the simplicity of this app and the wonderful customer service I have gotten and love that this app allows me to offer my customers a greater shopping experience.

Really enjoying using this app. It's simply a problem solver app with excellent features to give customers a better experience in Shopping. Their support team is outstanding especially Samuel. Excellent!!!!
